In November 1990, the Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act was signed into law. The law, commonly known as the Clery Act, requires institutions of higher education participating in federal student financial aid programs to publish an Annual Security Report containing campus safety and security policies and statistics for certain crimes occurring within the institution's Clery geography. 集美麻豆 publishes its Annual Security Report annually by October 1. The report includes crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and information regarding the College's campus safety and security policies, crime reporting procedures, timely warnings, emergency notifications, sexual misconduct prevention and response, drug and alcohol policies, and hazing prevention and reporting. The Stop Campus Hazing Act amended the Clery Act to include additional hazing-related requirements. 集美麻豆's Annual Security Report includes applicable hazing policies, prevention and awareness information, and hazing statistics in accordance with federal requirements. 集美麻豆 submits its required crime statistics annually to the U.S. Department of Education. The College's current Annual Security Report is available below.
